Ready Stays is Hiring an Operations Coordinator Near Tampa, FL

Essential Responsibilities:

The Operations Coordinator's primary responsibility is to complete the onboarding steps of all new out-of-market property relationships, and carry out the administrative duties pertinent to maintaining the guest reservations for such. This role handles the necessary paperwork to establish and maintain new guest and owner/property manager relationship through the life cycle of the reservation. Other administrative duties are also required on an as-needed basis.

Duties will include:

  • Take over new property owner/manager relationships after a new deal has closed, converting sales account representative’s notes to actionable items.
  • Complete all internal administrative set-up tasks for newly closed out-of-market deals.
  • Conduct all onboarding steps when adding a new property to the Ready Stays portfolio, including processing all onboarding paperwork or booking reservations.
  • Liaise with the Operations Manager and General Manager to sign new property leases, and prepare all out-of-market rent payments.
  • Assist the Operations team in completing all necessary contractor and delivery scheduling for new property set-ups.
  • Audit out-of-market rent and miscellaneous payments to owners/manager monthly, alert management of errors or inconsistencies.
  • When needed, assist in answering incoming guest questions and respond to guests within a timely matter via email, phone, and text.
  • Prepare all Ready Stays rent invoices for approval on a monthly basis.
  • Register and schedule all necessary utility services for any new out-of-market set-up.
  • Receive, process, and relay all notices to vacate for out-of-market guests between Ready Stays and owners/managers we are renting from.
  • Answer and route inbound phone calls when assigned.
  • Consistently maintain a professional courteous attitude when dealing with residents, vendors, and other employees.
  • Adhere to Company vehicle policy.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or as may be necessary.

Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to pass a background screening.
  • Possess a self-starter attitude with good communication skills.
  • Excellent organization skills and detail oriented.
  • Knowledge of basic computer programs.
  • Ability to type a minimum of 60 words per minute.
  • A minimum of 2 years work experience demonstrating dependability and reliability.
  • Previous experience working in property management or with corporate housing a plus.

Hours:

This is a full-time hourly position. The schedule will be Monday through Friday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm. Availability to work one Saturday of the month is required.
