Job Overview:
Ready-Access is seeking a skilled HAAS CNC Operator to join our team. As a HAAS CNC Operator, you will be responsible for operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce high-quality parts and components. This is a full-time position located in our warehouse facility.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate a HAAS VF-6 CNC machine according to specifications and instructions
- Load raw aluminum parts into the HAAS machine and monitor the production process
- Use precision measuring instruments such as micrometers to ensure accuracy of finished products
- Inspect finished parts for defects and perform quality control checks
- Make adjustments to machine settings as needed to maintain product quality
- Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

Skills:
- Proficiency in operating a VF-6CNC machines and understanding of their functions
- Knowledge of programming logic controllers (PLCs) and ability to make programming adjustments as necessary
- Familiarity with CAD software for reading and interpreting technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform precise measurements using hand tools
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machine issues

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a HAAS CNC Operator or similar role preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of machining processes
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects when necessary

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
