Job Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to every customer
- Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions
- Operate POS system and handle financial transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor- Attention to detail
- Upsell additional products and services to customers - Achieve sales goals
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
- Demonstrate technical knowledge of products to assist customers with their needs
- Follow all company policies and procedures - Must be a Team Player
