- Move levers or controls that operate lifting devices, such as forklifts, hoists, or elevating platforms, to load, unload, transport, or stack material.
- Inspect product load for accuracy and safely move it around the warehouse or facility to ensure timely and complete delivery.
- Manually load or unload materials from pallets, skids, platforms, cars, lifting devices, or other transport vehicles.
- Position lifting devices under, over, or around loaded pallets, skids, or boxes and secure material or products for transport to designated areas.
- Perform inspection of forklift equipment.
- Mechanically load or unload materials from pallets, skids, platforms, cars, lifting devices, or other transport vehicles.
- Utilizes a scanner device to track and ship products.
- Cleans cement mixer and other plant housekeeping responsibilities.
- High School/GED preferred, not required.
- Basic ability to communicate, both verbally and in writing, using the English language. Bi-lingual a plus.
- Forklift experience is a plus, but all employees will be trained.
