What You Need: 

• 3 years banking experience – 2 years in a supervisory position 
• Demonstrated ability to make decisions and solve problems
• Strong organizational ability and excellent attention to detail required

What You’ll Do:

• Responsible for all operational aspects of the Branch including security, compliance and operational procedures
• Maintain superior knowledge of all RCB products and act as point of contact for branch staff
• Promote and provide leadership for cross-sales programs; assist in motivating and coaching staff
• Attend branch community events 
• May work additional hours as needed
