React Health Holdings, LLC is Hiring a Remote Data Specialist (Remote)

POSITION: Data Specialist 
FULL-TIME/PART-TIME: Full Time
LOCATION: (Remote)
React Health is a fast paced, growth oriented, manufacturer and distributor of medical equipment serving the respiratory, sleep and cardiology patients, caregivers, physicians, and providers. React Health sells and supports its product and services in the acute-care, non-acute and home medical equipment markets. React Health has built a model that combines manufacturing and distribution of products and services to meet the challenges of the undiagnosed as well as those needing therapies after diagnosis in the sleep and respiratory population.
GENERAL SUMMARY
An ERP system is only as useful as the data integrity within the ERP system itself. Bad data in, bad data out. A Data Specialist will be responsible for understanding how data should be created, maintained, interconnected, and utilized within the NetSuite system to satisfy the key needs of all stakeholders and end users. This person will support business stakeholders and process leaders by analyzing, validating, and displaying data so it can be most useful in driving business results.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • High School diploma
  • 3 years’ experience in a Data Specialist role or similar job function
  • A high level of computer literacy with proven experience using systems that support inventory management, ERP, Excel / Word, etc
  • Health industry / Med Device experience
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Prior hands-on experience with NetSuite or other ERP system as a master data specialist, skilled end user, or support position is a must
  • Ability to drive the development of procedures and workflows where they are lacking
  • Proven analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build and maintain effective cross-functional skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and evolving environment
  • Able to balance multiple projects and contending priorities
Preferred Education
  • Bachelor’s degree
Preferred Experience
  • Excellent attention to detail and project management skills.
  • Excellent written/oral communication skills required. Must be able to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
Physical Demands
  • Requires normal visual acuity and hearing.
  • Typically, employees sit comfortably to do their work, interspersed by brief periods of standing, walking, bending, carrying papers and books, and extensive periods requiring the use of computer terminals to accomplish work objectives. 
  • Required to sit and use their hands and fingers to handle or feel and manipulate keys on a keyboard. 
  • Additional skills may be required to perform additional task(s) specific to work location, department or line of business.
  • Working Conditions
  • Predominantly operates in an office environment. Some work (less than 5%) requires moving and lifting of heavy networking equipment.
DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Each Employee consistently demonstrates the following essential functions:
  • Maintain customer master, vendor, and item master data records in NetSuite to the highest level of accuracy.
  • Monitor data for accuracy, validity, completeness, and correctly processed as needed.
  • Captures and manages data, including data loading, data validation, and routine data analysis, able to export data in various formats as requested.
  • Helps prepare relevant reports for stakeholders or management.
  • May assist in other related administrative or support activities, including data capture template generation, interfering with data owners, or researching data errors.
  • Adheres strictly to procedures and quality control standards.
  • Review and discern current and future state business processes and requirements.
  • Assist with all documentation efforts to include use cases current and future state.
  • Report on common sources of technical or operational issues or questions and make recommendations to business and operation teams.
  • Ability to work with medium to large data sets.
  • NetSuite: Execute configuration, training, testing, to support new development efforts.
  • Related ad-hoc requests to fulfill daily work or project work.
  • Demonstrates strong knowledge of current and possible future policies, practices, trends, technology and information related to the business and the organization.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of internal processes/procedures and individual projects.
  • Makes solid decisions based on a mixture of analysis, wisdom, experience, and judgment.
  • Bottom-line oriented and can be counted on to consistently meet and exceed goals.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Attends and participates in departmental meetings. Attends seminars and training sessions necessary to maintain appropriate level of professional competence. Ensures all department compliance guidelines are met
  • Attends all meetings, in-services training, or continuing education as delegated by the supervisor
  • Provides customer focused interactions
  • Performs all duties necessary for the department as per department policies and procedures
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as delegated by the supervisor within the scope of practice and the responsibilities in the department
