And, we believe meaningful relationships formed along the way back to work should be built on communication and trust. Which is why our team of Program Managers are here to listen to your unique story and help you take the best next steps toward your next opportunity. We are excited to partner with Schneider Electric for a 6-month return-to-work program starting in January 2024. 

If you are a professional returning to work after a 2 year career break or worked in part time or independent contractor roles, this could be the perfect opportunity! reacHIRE is invested in helping professionals return with confidence; providing the resources and support needed via Program Managers who will help guide and navigate the entire process alongside you.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Contribute Day-to-Day:

• Support of the Sales Staff: Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs, generate leads, set up meetings or presentations, and provide support throughout the sales process
• Administrative Duties: Keep meticulous records of customer interactions, purchases, and feedback
• Establish relationships with key individuals in the Digital Power, Secure Power, and Power System organizations to leverage cross-business unit collaboration Facilitate connections between the Digital Buildings sales team with other applicable SE sales teams

Qualifications

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience in a customer service or sales role, ideally within a similar industry
• Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups of customers and team members
• Highly organized, with strong multitasking skills and attention to detail. Able to work independently, as well as part of a team
• Proficiency in relevant computer applications, such as Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office Suite

It's An Added Bonus If You Have:.

• Bachelor’s degree or further education in business, marketing, or a related field
