We are looking for a dynamic leader with real estate expertise to recruit, onboard, train, and motivate all agents on the team with the goal of business growth and individual agent success. We need someone who is ready to recruit top agents to grow our business into a top real estate team. You will train and expand the team by 5-10 agents per year, with the expectation of 24 transactions per agent by their second year. Our ideal candidate has at least three years of experience in sales management and recruiting, preferably in real estate.
