Who we are looking for

You will be responsible for servant strategic and operational leadership within the procurement and planning functions at our New Kensington, PA location. This includes managing, planning, integrating, controlling and implementing the operational tasks to ensure efficient and effective supply chain operations. The position is responsible for meeting customer and program requirements and ensuring compliance with all government regulations.

• Manages employees within the procurement and demand planning departments
• Creates and manages purchase orders and supplier corrective actions
• Procurement & Planning metrics development and management – Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Customer Service
• Policy and process development
• Order Management
• Leads the supply and demand forecast/planning needs for required materials via tools, systems, and procedures
• Fosters relationships with the local and regional supply base in line with the Re:Build Way
• Supplier quality audit and qualification support

What you bring to the Team

• 8 years of progressive operational supply chain experience (purchasing, planning, supplier management, inventory, etc.) in a production environment required
• 3 years of management experience required
• Proven results showing impactful work to the business via documented cost savings, working capital improvements, process improvement, forecasting, etc.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in supply chain management, logistics, business, engineering, or related to analytical field preferred
• Professional certifications (CPM, CPSM, PSP, etc.) preferred
• Experience with defense, aerospace, medical, automotive and high technology industries preferred
