• Acts as subject matter professional providing support in financial management processes, capabilities, systems, tools, and applications within the areas of budget planning, execution, and reporting.

Has knowledge of data analytics tools and applications.

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or finance
• Minimum of five to seven (5-7) years of experience in financial management disciplines generating standards, researching practices, producing analysis, and issuing policies
• Minimum of five to seven (5-7) years of experience producing executive level strategic plans within a Federal department, or private sector

Desired

• Master’s Degree mathematics or economics
• Demonstrated three to five (3-5) years of experience with Tableau and Microsoft BI, and may include Qlik and other equivalent software
• More than 8-10 years of experience in financial management disciplines generating standards, researching practices, producing analysis, and issuing policies

More than 8-10 years of experience with the Federal Government or private sector
