RDE Logistics is Hiring a Packer Near Palo Alto, CA

Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual to join our team as a Packer. As a Packer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and accurate packaging of products in our warehouse or distribution center. This is a physically demanding position that requires heavy lifting and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:
- Package products according to specific guidelines and standards
- Use warehouse management systems to track inventory and locate items
- Operate mechanical equipment, such as pallet jacks or forklifts, to move stock
- Load and unload materials from trucks or conveyor belts
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
- Assist with materials handling and organization within the warehouse
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a warehouse or distribution center preferred
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus
- Mechanical knowledge for operating equipment safely and efficiently
- Ability to perform picking, packing, loading, and unloading tasks accurately and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail to ensure product quality and accuracy
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to [insert weight limit])
- Excellent time management skills to meet production targets
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
