RD NUTRITION CONSULTANTS is Hiring a Remote Registered Dietitian (80% remote)
RD Nutrition Consultants LLC is seeking a Clinical Dietitian
Registered Dietitian will work 75% of schedule remotely via telehealth reviewing patient charts. Only 1 day per month is worked onsite. RD must live in the Fort Collins, CO or surrounding areas.
The position will work a total of 20-24 hours per month. The position will provide Outpatient and Inpatient nutrition services.
Hours must be completed during business hours Monday-Friday
Compensation: $30.00-$36.00 /hr DOE
Position will require travel 1 day per month providing services to Fort Collins and surrounding areas. Paid Travel time provided $30.00-$36.00 per hour.

* Responsibilities:Coordinate nutritional care of patients and patients by completing nutritional assessments
* Participate in care planning meetings as required
* Provide nutritional counseling and education for patients and family
* Meet DOH/state/federal and company standards
* Perform duties independently without training or direction
Requirements: Candidates must be Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration
* Strong oral and written communication skills
* Experience with electronic charting
* Familiarity with state survey process and compliance to nutrition care regulations
