Position Details:
- Flexible Schedule:Work 8 hours per week, 60% of your hours remotely via telehealth. Only 2 on-site visits each month. Choose your working days and hours within the standard Monday-Friday business hours for a work-life balance that suits you.
- Competitive Compensation:Earn between $32.00-$38.00 per hour, commensurate with your experience and skills.
- Travel Compensation:Receive $32.00-$38.00 per hour for travel time to and from facilities, ensuring that your dedication is recognized and rewarded.
- Clinical Experience:Leverage your clinical expertise with at least 1 year of preferred experience in coordinating nutritional care and meeting regulatory standards.
Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive Nutritional Care:Conduct nutritional assessments and provide counseling and education to residents and their families.
- Meet DOH/state/federal regulations and company standards:ensuring adherence to all state, federal, and company policies and guidelines.
- Autonomous Contribution:Perform duties independently with confidence, showcasing your ability to contribute effectively without constant direction.
Requirements:
- Professional Credentials:Candidates must be registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
- Effective Communication:Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills, fostering positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
- Technological Proficiency:Utilize electronic charting systems with ease, streamlining your workflow and enhancing efficiency.
- Regulatory Knowledge:Showcase familiarity with state survey processes and a commitment to compliance with nutrition care regulations.
