We are currently looking for a passionate Registered Dietitian to be a part of our growing team for a hybrid position in the area. Position Highlights:

• Work Schedule:16 hours per week with one day onsite and the remaining hours completed remotely. 50% of hours are completed remotely via telehealth.
• Compensation:$30,000 per year.
• Travel Compensation:Paid at $38 per hour for commute time to and from the facility.
• Bonus Opportunity: $1,000 signing bonus 

Qualifications & Experience:

• Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
• Minimum of 1 year clinical experience (preferred).
• Proficiency in providing general nutrition interventions.
• Experience with tube feedings.
• Familiarity with electronic charting systems.
• Knowledgeable about state survey process and compliance to nutrition care regulations.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Undertake comprehensive nutritional assessments for patients and residents.
• Administer medical nutrition therapy, including for wound healing and weight management.
• Offer nutritional counseling and education to both residents and their families.
• Ensure adherence to DOH/state/federal regulations and company standards.
• Execute tasks independently without the need for routine supervision.
