We are looking for the best Equipment Operators in the area to join our team to work on commercial projects around the Rapid City area. We offer immediate growth and training potential for workers dedicated to their craft. Candidates must have construction experience and be willing to travel in a 1 hour radius of Rapid City.
Job Description/Duties -Equipment Operator
Equipment maintenance and repair procedures
Basic knowledge of heavy equipment used in the construction industry
Ability to properly work/maintain equipment on job sites
Ability to take part in safety training classes
Ability to work long hours and weekends when necessary
Effective communication, time management and leadership skills
Provide daily maintenance of equipment/tools
Requirements/Responsibilities – Equipment Operator
Must be at least 18 years of age
Basic communication skills
Provide personnel tools
Provide daily maintenance of equipment/tools
Required to follow Safety Handbook

Relocation Incentive – Equipment Operator
Trades people:
Individuals from out-of-state who come to work in South Dakota can receive a $1,000 Relocation Incentive.
The $1,000 workforce relocation incentive will be paid directly to an employee hired from out-of-state to work in South Dakota. The first incentive installment of $500 will be paid after 90 consecutive days of employment, averaging at least 40 hours worked per week. The second $500 will be paid after 365 days of employment, averaging at least 40 hours worked per week.
