Role Description:
Are you ready to be part of something bigger? DP3 is on the lookout for a full-time Help Desk Support Analyst to join our ever-expanding team in the vibrant city of Chicago, IL. As a key player in our growing family, you'll dive headfirst into the world of technical support, problem-solving, and client satisfaction. As a Help Desk Support Analyst you will provide unparalleled support, diagnose and resolve technical issues, and collaborate closely with our team of experts to ensure our clients' needs are not just met, but exceeded. With every challenge you conquer, you'll be contributing to our collective growth and success.
Qualifications:
· Minimum 1 year of experience in a help desk support role
· Minimum 1 year of experience with Microsoft 365
· Strong technical support and help desk skills
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
· Proficiency with desktop computers, laptops, printers, Microsoft Office, email systems, and productivity software
· Stellar customer service and communication skills
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field OR equivalent experience
· Bonus points for relevant certifications such as CompTIA A , Network , or Security
Salary & Benefits:
· Starting salary: $27 per hour
· 10 days of Paid Time Off
