Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Equipment Operator to join our team. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of heavy machinery and equipment to facilitate construction and maintenance projects. This is a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our projects.

Duties:
- Operate and maintain a variety of heavy equipment, including but not limited to tankers, diggers, cranes, bulldozers, roll-off trucks, concrete mixers, backhoes, and Caterpillar machinery
- Safely and efficiently operate equipment to complete assigned tasks
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times to prevent accidents or injuries
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to coordinate work activities
- Adhere to project timelines and deadlines
- Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and maintenance activities

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Equipment Operator or similar role
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
- Ability to operate various types of heavy machinery with precision and skill
- Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures related to equipment operation
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
- Physical stamina and ability to work in outdoor environments and adverse weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

- Must pass drug test for hire
