As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a vital role in maintaining the functionality, safety, and appearance of our facilities and equipment. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory.
- Collaborate with team members and external vendors when needed.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.

Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
- 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures and techniques.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
- Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to safety protocols and guidelines.
- Physical ability to lift and carry heavy objects as needed.

Working Conditions:

The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 80 lbs. The employee is required to operate a company-owned motor vehicle, often for up to 3 to 4 hours at a time.
