The Shipping & Receiving Clerk will be responsible for coordinating inbound freight and order fulfillment, including but not limited to: Organizing and scheduling pick and preparation items from the warehouse before arranged deliveries. Coordinating parcel shipping as well as freight/customer pickup schedule; lastly ensure the accuracy of all inbound/outbound orders.
In this role, you’ll:
- Communicate with internal and external customers both in person, over the phone and through email.
- Arrange and schedule freight/customer pickup.
- Prepare and print shipping labels corresponding to shipping needs,
- Ensure accuracy of all inbound and outbound orders
- Update inventory system and other documentation for successful deliveries.
Here’s what you bring:
- High School Diploma, Some College preferred.
- 1-3 years of previous related experience preferred.
- Strong MS Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- History of effective partnership and communication.
- Proven success in recordkeeping.
This job will require you to:
- Ability to work 100% in the office.
- Able to lift 45 pounds unassisted.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment for all employees.
