Location: Hybrid Cleveland is highly preferred (office every Tuesday and Wednesday)

Length of Contract: 6 months; if they are in Cleveland and able to go to the office every Tuesday

and Wednesday the contract will be 12 months (this is highly preferred)

As a macOS Systems Administrator you will work with the Director of IT to support our mac
environment of nearly 1000 machines. You will serve as a Jamf Pro Administrator responsible for the
Jamf infrastructure and macOS platform engineering. You will be responsible for Jamf infrastructure
and macOS engineering other foundational services for the successful execution of our business
objectives.

Responsibilities

Troubleshooting, supporting, and maintaining workflows and automation.
You will serve as a Jamf Pro Admin responsible for the JAMF infrastructure and macOS platform
engineering.
You will be responsible for Jamf Connect
You will work as a member of the engineering team to share responsibility for the internal macOS
deployment, implementation of best practices and modernization.
You will lead the Jamf infrastructure and macOS engineering other foundational services for the
successful execution of our strategic vision.
You keep abreast of current developments in the IT industry.
You are customer focused, flexible and willing to take ownership of issues and projects.

Ability to manage complex technical challenges across multiple organizations and stakeholders.
This person will be responsible for supporting nearly 1000 macs and the associated environment
and infrastructure.
Run projects and make enhancements in this environment.

Must Haves:
1) A minimum of five years of macOS technical/troubleshooting experience
2) Experience systems administration in enterprise macOS management.
3) Ability to write scripts in Applescript or SWIFT
4) Deep experience with JAMF Pro and JAMF Connect
5) Apple Mac OS X Certifications (for example ACSP, ACTC, CSA, ACS, ACMA, etc.) preferred.
6) Ability to identify and manage complex technical challenges across multiple organizations and
stakeholders.
7) Need to work Central Time Zone hours
