* Responsible for planning, directing and coordinating all accounting operational functions as needed.

* Managing the accumulation and consolidation of all financial data necessary for an accurate accounting of consolidated business results

* Documenting internal control processes, working with internal and external audit for control reviews and walk-thru's

* Create balance sheet reconciliation process ensuing quality process and reviews

* Integration activity as needed to accelerate financial reporting.

* Operational financial statement creation and review.

* Providing management with information vital to the decision-making process

* Manage the budget process, both operational and SG&A

* Assessing current accounting operations, offering recommendations for improvement and implementing new processes

* Developing and monitoring KPI's of financial performance and finance department processing

* Manage capital planning processes, including overview of complex financial payback calculations, cash outlays, and approval processes.

Knowledge: *

* Must have a broad understanding of accounting and finance

* Must have solid business management knowledge

* Must understand and follow the General Accounting Principles *3.0

Education and Experience*

* BS degree in Accounting

* Minimum 10 years of experience in business accounting

* Minimum of 5 years of experience in supervision

* Experience in a Manufacturing company preferred

* Experience with SAP preferred

* Experience with Integration and Project Management.
