Job Title: Physical Therapist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients with physical impairments. The Physical Therapist will work closely with patients to create personalized treatment plans to improve mobility, reduce pain, and increase overall quality of life.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to determine the extent of physical impairments
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on individual needs and goals
- Implement and supervise therapeutic exercises and activities to improve strength, flexibility, and mobility
- Monitor and track progress of patients throughout treatment
- Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques to improve functionality
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
Qualifications and Skills:
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of current best practices in physical therapy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
