Responsibilities and Duties:

• Utilize a variety of techniques, including exercise programs, manual therapy, assistive devices, and therapeutic modalities to help patients achieve desired outcomes.
• Monitor and document patient progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as needed to optimize results.
• Educate patients and their families about the benefits of therapy, techniques for independent management of injuries or conditions, and strategies to prevent re-injury.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care and comprehensive treatment plans.
• Stay up-to-date with advancements in techniques, technologies, and research in the field of physical therapy.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and adhere to ethical guidelines, professional standards, and legal requirements.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy.
• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Proven experience in clinical settings or internships.
• Excellent knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Clear and effective communication skills to provide instructions, guidance, and education to patients and their families.
• Compassion, patience, and empathy to create a supportive environment for patients.
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with healthcare professionals and motivate patients.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and proficiency in relevant software applications.
