Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.2. Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.3. CPR certification.4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.5. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.6. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.7.
