Job Title: Physical Therapist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients who have physical injuries or illnesses. Your goal will be to enhance patients' mobility, alleviate pain, and improve their overall quality of life. An empathetic and adaptable approach is essential in order to address each patient's unique needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Conducting initial evaluations to assess patients' physical abilities and limitations
• Creating and implementing individualized treatment plans to address patients' conditions and goals
• Utilizing a variety of techniques, such as exercises, manual therapy, and therapeutic equipment, to improve patients' range of motion, strength, and overall functional abilities
• Monitoring patients' progress, tracking improvements, and making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed
• Educating patients and their families on proper techniques for managing conditions, preventing further injuries, and promoting overall wellness
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors, nurses, and occupational therapists, to provide comprehensive care
• Documenting patient progress, maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records, and effectively communicating with the healthcare team
• Staying updated on the latest research and advancements in physical therapy to enhance treatment approaches
• Ensuring compliance with ethical, legal, and regulatory standards throughout all patient interactions

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; Master's or Doctorate degree preferred
• Valid state license or certification as a Physical Therapist
• Proven experience working as a Physical Therapist in a clinical setting is highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics
• Proficiency in using therapeutic equipment and techniques to provide effective treatment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with patients and their families
• Ability to analyze patients' conditions, develop appropriate treatment plans, and adjust interventions as needed
• Detail-oriented mindset with strong documentation and organizational skills
• Empathetic and compassionate approach when working with patients experiencing pain or physical limitations
• Flexibility to adapt to changing healthcare regulations and therapeutic techniques
• Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated on the latest industry advancements
