Job Summary:

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations to assess their physical conditions and functional limitations
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to improve patients' physical abilities and alleviate pain
• Utilize various therapeutic techniques such as exercise, manual therapy, electrotherapy, and ultrasound to facilitate patients' recovery
• Educate patients and their families about the goals of therapy, recommended exercises, and proper use of assistive devices (if necessary)
• Monitor patients' progress, modify treatment plans as needed, and document accurate and timely treatment records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated and holistic care for patients
• Stay updated with the latest techniques and advancements in physical therapy through continuous professional development
• Adhere to legal and ethical guidelines set by professional accreditation boards and licensing bodies

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
• Current valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist
• Proven experience in providing physical therapy services, preferably in a clinical setting
• Sound knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics
• Proficiency in assessing and diagnosing various musculoskeletal and neurological conditions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
• Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patients' needs and goals
• Possess physical stamina and dexterity to perform therapeutic exercises and manipulations
• Uphold high standards of professionalism, ethics, and patient-centered care
