Job Title: Physical Therapist
Job Summary:
A Physical Therapist is responsible for assessing and treating patients with musculoskeletal injuries and conditions to improve their mobility, reduce pain, and increase overall function. They work closely with patients to develop customized treatment plans and provide ongoing support to help them reach their physical therapy goals.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical abilities and limitations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patients' needs and goals
- Administer various therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve strength, flexibility, and range of motion
- Educate patients on proper techniques for rehabilitating injuries and preventing future issues
- Monitor patients' progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy
- Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist
- CPR certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Knowledge of anatomy and physiology
- Experience working with patients of all ages and abilities
