Job Title: Occupational Therapist in Redding,California Job Description: Bayshore Therapies is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team in Redding, CA. This is a contract position with a 26-week or longer commitment. The ideal candidate will be available to work Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday schedules if possible, but this is not a requirement. The position requires floating between two Redding buildings depending on need and census, as well as one weekend per month. Responsibilities: Work with patients to develop and implement individualized treatment plans Administer occupational therapy treatments to improve patients' daily living skills and work performance Communicate with patients and their families about therapy progress and goals Maintain accurate patient records and document progress reports Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best patient outcomes Requirements: Active state license as an Occupational Therapist Previous experience in a post-acute or long-term care setting is preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic computer skills for documentation purposes Note: All candidates must fill out a prescreen and attach it along with their resume and license verification.
