Raytel Cardiac Services, Inc is Hiring a Remote Sales Rep
Job Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain a relationship with referral sources in the medical community
- Responsible for obtaining a predetermined number of INR Home Testing referrals per month
- Identify and develop new referral sources
- Responsible for obtaining and growing INR tests from new referral sources on an ongoing basis
- Conducts in-service for referral sources educating them in the use and application of Remote Cardiac Services equipment
- Initiate resolution to complaints from referral sources with the appropriate management
- Prepare and submit approved plans for sales territory management
- Provide marketing information to Customers as requested and/or made available
- Input and maintain CRM sales calls and submit reports as requested
- Follow up on lost-to-competition referral sources or users to identify problems with product or services and report to management
- Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts
- Average 15 sales calls daily to referral sources
- Check email at least once daily
- Understand and provide information on Medicare and insurance procedures, pricing information, and product information to referral sources
- Follows applicable policies and procedures of the Safety & Regulatory Manual regarding General Safety, OSHA (includes the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment), DOT (driving safety), FDA, and Emergency Planning
- Knowledge of basic selling skills, Medicare, insurance reimbursement, and accounting practices
- Excellent human relations skills to interface with doctors, hospital administrators, and department heads
- Must be computer literate
- Requires a valid driver's license
Education and Experience:
- College degree or equivalent required
Physical Demands:
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
