Raytel Cardiac Services, Inc is Hiring a Remote Sales Rep

This employee sells Remote Cardiac Services to include INR Home Testing to referral sources, including physicians and physician office staff.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain a relationship with referral sources in the medical community
    • Responsible for obtaining a predetermined number of INR Home Testing referrals per month
  • Identify and develop new referral sources
    • Responsible for obtaining and growing INR tests from new referral sources on an ongoing basis
  • Conducts in-service for referral sources educating them in the use and application of Remote Cardiac Services equipment
  • Initiate resolution to complaints from referral sources with the appropriate management
  • Prepare and submit approved plans for sales territory management
    • Provide marketing information to Customers as requested and/or made available
  • Input and maintain CRM sales calls and submit reports as requested
  • Follow up on lost-to-competition referral sources or users to identify problems with product or services and report to management
  • Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts
  • Average 15 sales calls daily to referral sources
  • Check email at least once daily
  • Understand and provide information on Medicare and insurance procedures, pricing information, and product information to referral sources
  • Follows applicable policies and procedures of the Safety & Regulatory Manual regarding General Safety, OSHA (includes the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment), DOT (driving safety), FDA, and Emergency Planning

Requirements:
  • Knowledge of basic selling skills, Medicare, insurance reimbursement, and accounting practices
  • Excellent human relations skills to interface with doctors, hospital administrators, and department heads
  • Must be computer literate
  • Requires a valid driver's license

Education and Experience:

  • College degree or equivalent required

Physical Demands:

The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
