Rays Technologies is Hiring a Clinical Psychologist Near Bethesda, MD
Key Responsibilities
- Perform screening and recruitment of research subjects, including diagnostic assessments using structured and semi-structured testing methods.
- Conduct cognitive, neuropsychological, and developmental assessments, focusing on children and adolescents but also covering adult and elderly populations.
- Provide clinical support to patients and their families, including crisis management and referrals to community services.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for research data collection, analysis, and interpretation.
- Develop and maintain research protocol records and contribute to scientific proposals and peer-reviewed manuscripts.
- Train research staff in psychiatric and neuropsychological assessment techniques.
- Participate in clinical research planning and execution, ensuring the inclusion of appropriate patients in studies.
Qualifications
Education: PhD in Psychology or related field with a focus on Treatment Therapy, Health Medical Professions, General Medical and Health Services, or Communication Disorders Sciences and Services.
Certifications: Valid State license as a Psychologist or license eligibility.
Skills: Proficiency in clinical trial management, patient care, and working with special populations. Computer literacy, particularly in MS Office Suite. Spanish language proficiency is preferred.
