Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Yard Worker to join our team. As a Yard Worker/ Delivery person, you will be responsible for performing various duties in a warehouse and yard environment. This is a physically demanding role that requires manual labor and the ability to operate equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.

Duties:
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment
- Move boats within the warehouse and yard area

- Delivery and pick up boat's at landings as well as other dealerships we have
- Organize and maintain inventory in an orderly manner
- Perform general cleaning and maintenance tasks in the yard and store
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations

Skills:
- Proficient in operating manual transmission vehicles
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members
- Forklift certification is a plus
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and safety protocols
- Ability to operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment

This is a physically demanding role that requires lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods of time. The ideal candidate must be able to work independently, follow instructions, and have a strong attention to detail.

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
