Job Description
Immediate Position available for full time Diesel Technician in our Suffern, NY repair facility. This position will share the responsibility for upkeep and maintenance on the fleet of over 700 trucks, tractors, trailers and dollies.
Diesel Truck Mechanic
Schedule needed: 8am - 4:30pm Sunday - Thursday
Qualifications:
Four years Medium/Heavy Duty Truck repair experience preferred.
Experience/exposure on Detroit or Cummins engines and related computer systems.
Experience with trailer and lift gate repairs.
Electrical systems diagnosis preferred.
ABS Certification
Expectations:
Welding Experience, preferred.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Must be able to work in a team environment.
Must be safety oriented.
Must have own tools.
Must meet all DOT required pre-employment criteria as well as company mandated hair follicle drug test.
Additional functions may be assigned at the discretion of management.
