We are seeking a motivated individual with a passion for working with others and driving profitability. As a Sales Manager, you have the opportunity to build and maintain relationships with customers. You will play a key role in creating the RMC difference. You will be responsible for soliciting business from clients outside the hotel through interactions with both potential and existing customers.

* Actively networking within the local community, Chamber and Convention & Visitors Bureau.
* Monitoring the propertys website, electronic distribution channels and completing other eCommerce initiatives to help drive business to the hotel.
* Completing reputation management initiatives through TripAdvisor, Google Reviews, and other sources.
* Training and promoting the companys 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
* Continuously promoting, communicating, and embodying the RMC culture.
