Raymond Handling Solutions is Hiring a CRM Lead Administrator Near Santa Fe, CA

Raymond West is looking for a CRM Lead Administrator to join our team! The CRM Lead Administrator/Coordinator will be responsible establishing and managing a closed-loop lead management system. This position will include managing all aspects of inbound and outbound lead generation, qualification, and management. The CRM Lead Administrator/Coordinator will also be responsible for working with the Marketing and Sales Teams to define and continuously improve the Lead Management Process. This person will also serve as the primary system administrator and data analyst for CRM.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Primary duties and responsibilities will vary with the specific position. Typical responsibilities are listed below. This list is not inclusive.
Responding to, qualifying, and tracking Inbound Leads and Requests.
Nurturing prospects and disseminating qualified leads to appropriate sales teams.
Responding to and routing Inbound Online Chat Sessions.
Developing lists for Outbound Campaign Management and coordinate mailing logistics.
Managing the lead qualification, tracking and dissemination process.
Organizing and maintaining inventory of all promotional items.
Managing contact information and reference lists.
Helping to define Data Profile/Fields for Leads and Prospects, and Customers.
Maintain Database Integrity.
Report on Campaign Results (i.e., Email/Postal Campaign Performance, Lead Activity, Trackable Sales, etc.).
Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, custom objects and fields, reports, dashboards, workflows/processes, and day to day CRM tasks.
Assist with User training.
Monitor the performance of leads and customer collection sources in the region and propose lead generation optimizations.
Assist with various marketing administrative tasks.
Processing and tracking all Marketing invoices.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent Organizational Time Management skills
Proficient in Microsoft office Suite and similar software
Microsoft Suite: Word, Excel, and Power Point
CRM or Salesforce (Customer Relationship Management tools)
Mapping Software
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Must be able to maintain effective working relationships with employees, Co-workers, and Managers in other departments.
Must be willing to work off-hours as specific needs dictate and willing to assume more responsibility as required.
Must have strong attention to detail.
Ability to correspond both verbally and in writing with other employees and vendors.
Must be willing and able to learn quickly and perform accurately and neatly with a degree of flexibility.
Must present a clean, neat appearance, mature and responsible.
Must maintain a professional attitude in all matters.
Must demonstrate self-confidence and able to work with minimum supervision.
Must be willing to comply with employee handbook.
Must be able to fulfill essential job function in a consistent state of alertness and safe manner.
Education/Experience:
Minimum Education and Experience: Determined by position.
Preferred: bachelor’s degree from four-year University; Business or related degree
2-5 years’ experience in Marketing, Relative experience, or equivalent experience in Material Handling.
Travel Requirement:
10% (4 hours a week)

Pay Range :
The hourly range for this position is $26.44 - $32.69. The specific pay offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate’s relevant experience, education, and work location.
Qualified candidates must be able to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen.
