Raymond Builders Inc. is Hiring a Personal Assistant/ Bookkeeper/ Office Manager Near Nantucket, MA

Company Overview:
Raymond Builders Inc. seeks a reliable and organized Personal Assistant/Bookkeeper to join our team. We are a multidisciplinary team of craftsmen providing general contracting and carpentry subcontracting work. This role offers the opportunity to support our team in various administrative tasks while also managing the company's financial records and transactions.

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support:
  • Manage the executive’s calendar, scheduling appointments and organizing meetings.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for the executive and other team members as required.
  • Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed.
  • Bookkeeping:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks).
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
  • Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
  • Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Assist with budget preparation and monitoring expenses.
  • Coordinate with external accountants for tax preparation and audits.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
