Quality and consistent dining experiences build the customer loyalty we depend on- and this cannot be accomplished without having reliable team members that are enthusiastic about the food we serve.

Responsibilities:

-Taking guest food and drink orders

-Collaborating with the kitchen and bar staff for prompt and correct delivery of orders

-Memorizing the menu and recommend appetizers, meals and drinks

-Delivering a great dining experience by resolving all guests' issues promptly

-Assisting with the tidying of tables, clearing leftovers and keeping the dining area neat and pleasant

-Setting tables and rearranging the dining area to accommodate larger groups and prepare the restaurant for special event

-Obtains revenues by totaling charges, issuing bills, accepting payments, delivering bills and payments to manager, and returning change or credit card and signature slip to guests

-Follow opening and closing procedures.

-Communicate shift issues to manager on duty.

-Complete daily side work.

-Be a team player!

-Spanish speaking is highly favored
