Our top performing law firm is seeking a skilled paralegal with experience in creditors' rights, foreclosure, and bankruptcy to join our growing Columbia, SC team. The role involves preparing and managing foreclosure notices and docketing materials, handling all aspects of the foreclosure process from start to finish, and communicating with courts and administrative staff. The paralegal will also be responsible for managing administrative personnel, preparing bankruptcy filings, and utilizing state and federal electronic filing systems. Additionally, they will review title reports and prepare title claims.

Candidates should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be proficient with Microsoft Office and title-industry software, and demonstrate strong organizational abilities. A positive team-oriented attitude and the willingness to handle overflow administrative tasks are essential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
