As a on call Teacher Assistant, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds and futures of our students by Assisting the Lead Teacher. Responsibilities:
- Follow age-appropriate lesson plans
- Provide a nurturing and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow
- Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and staff
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all students

Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with children in a daycare or educational setting
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students
- Patience, creativity, and a passion for teaching, and be able to work with others

Skills:
- Preschool: Experience working in a preschool setting
- Toddler care: Ability to provide care and support for toddlers
- Childhood development: Understanding of child development milestones
- Child welfare: Commitment to the well-being and safety of children
- Experience working with students: Previous experience working with students of various ages and abilities
- Experience working with children: Demonstrated ability to connect with and engage children

Daycare: Familiarity with daycare operations and regulations

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 – 6 per week
