- Efficiently schedule service appointments based on customer request and shop revenue
- Answer and direct all incoming calls
- Process all cash and credit card transactions for sales and service
- Maintains communication with the parts departments on all recall parts
- Reconciles Cash Drawer Daily
Job Qualifications:
- Customer Service Above All Else
- No Experience Required
- Computer skills are a must
- Valid Driver License
