Ray Garfinkel - State Farm Agency is Hiring a Part-time Licensed Insurance Customer Service Near Richmond, VA

Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of Part-Time, Licensed Insurance Customer Service / Sales Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member. Must have a Property and Casualty license prior to start date.

We seek an licensed energetic professional interested in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experience. Remote work opportunity available for fully licensed candidate with previous State Farm and/or Insurance Agency experience.

Full-time and Part-time positions are available. Part-time will be 20 to 25 hours a week and includes all day on Friday

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

What we provide:

  • $20.00/Hour base pay plus commission
  • Paid time off (1 week vacation)

Requirements

  • Property & Casualty license (required)
