Ray Catena Auto Group is looking for a qualified full-time IT support specialist. We provide daily support and managed services for several Automotive Dealerships throughout NJ and NY.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

- Two years of Level 1 support (or similar relevant tech support or automotive experience) required.

- Must be a motivated self-starter with a friendly support-oriented demeanor and ability to work under pressure.

- Extensive experience with Windows 10, Microsoft Office 365, and Active Directory preferred.

- TCP/IP networking experience preferred.

- Certifications (A , Network , CCNA, Microsoft, etc.) and relevant educational background are a plus.

- Experience in or knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

- Level 1 and 2 support to troubleshoot hardware, software, security, and networking issues.

- Device repair, such as computer, printers, routers, switches, and VOIP and analog phones.

- Mobile device support (iOS and Android).

- Deployment of wireless, networking, and computer-related devices during construction and renovation projects.

- Assisting with long-term technological upgrade projects.

This position will be full-time in person and primarily based out of our Freehold, NJ locations. There will be travel required to our locations in Marlboro and Oakhurst, and occasionally Edison, Bridgewater, and Union. You must have a reliable personal form of transportation to and from those locations. A normal work week will be Monday to Friday during our retail business hours, plus one or two Saturdays a month. Flexibility and availability in hours is required. The job includes full benefits after a probationary period. Employment offer will be contingent on pre-employment drug screening.

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
