Position Overview:
The Customer Service Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our service center and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. This multifaceted position requires a blend of technical expertise, strong communication skills, and meticulous inventory management.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
Interact with customers in-person, over the phone, and via email to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service.
Assist customers with product selection, technical questions, and troubleshooting.
Handle customer complaints with professionalism and empathy, striving for swift resolution.
Perform diagnostic tests, repairs, and maintenance on electric off-road vehicles, including e-motos and electric dirt bikes.
Conduct thorough inspections to identify and address mechanical issues efficiently.
Ensure all service tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner, adhering to quality standards.
Take care, maintain, and repair the demo bikes and returned bikes from shows, events, and other situations.
Inventory Management:
Manage vehicle inventory.
Coordinate with suppliers to replenish stock and ensure availability of essential components.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with colleagues across departments, including Sales, Parts, and Production, to facilitate seamless customer experiences.
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and workshops to share knowledge and enhance skills.
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or relevant vocational training preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a technical or automotive environment.
Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, service manuals, and software applications for vehicle maintenance.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in inventory management and record-keeping.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Previous experience in inventory management.
