RAWLE & HENDERSON LLP seeks a Paralegal with at least seven years insurance defense experience for our Environmental, Toxic and Mass Tort Department in our Harrisburg office.

Primary responsibilities include: digesting and summarizing medical records and depositions; compiling evidence and supporting information; prepares legal documents for attorney's approval and use; oversees cases; prepares for trial; maintains database; maintains technical knowledge and contributes to team effort. Working closely with attorneys to resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Candidates must have high attention to detail, dependability and a desire to learn.

Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate and a minimum of seven years in toxic tort, asbestos, complex litigation, and handling multiple databases for multiple clients. Must be proficient in MS office applications (Word, Excel).
