Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fitness Manager to join our team. As a Fitness Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our fitness facility, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales. Duties:
- Manage and lead a team of fitness instructors and trainers
- Develop and implement fitness programs and classes
- Ensure the facility is clean, organized, and well-maintained
- Monitor member satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly
- Drive sales by promoting memberships, personal training sessions, and other services
- Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate fitness staff
- Create schedules for staff to ensure adequate coverage
- Handle cash handling procedures accurately and efficiently
- Maintain inventory of fitness equipment and supplies
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate events and promotions

Requirements:
- Previous experience in fitness management or related field
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of math for cash handling procedures and payroll management
- Familiarity with store management principles
- Ability to recruit, train, and develop staff members
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on member satisfaction
- Proficient in using computer software for scheduling, inventory management, and sales tracking
- Understanding of training development principles for staff members

Pay: $700.00 - $1,500.00 per month
