Ravenswood Community Child Care Center (RC4) is looking for floater teachers to support our classrooms. RC4 is NAEYC accredited and has been providing quality early childhood education in the Ravenswood/Lincoln Square neighborhood since 2002. We take pride in our small family-like community, focusing on providing a strong educational foundation to the youngest in our community. We are non profit organization committed to providing care and tuition assistance to young parents with educational goals. Our curriculum is play based and places an emphasis on the importance of social emotional learning. We have 3 classrooms and serve children ages 6 weeks through 5 years old.

A floater in this position ideally will have some college course work and experience working in a child care setting. This is a part time or full time position and the hours vary based on the individuals availability as well as the center's needs. We are looking for someone to join our team of qualified teachers who is fun, energetic, organized, and has a love of children and teaching.
