Our senior assisted living community has an open position for a solid maintenance technician! We offer flexible schedule for part-time or full-time. Our 35-room facility has large common areas, full-service kitchen, courtyard and patios. Tasks will include trouble-shooting plumbing, equipment, HVAC and preparing rooms for move-in/out, coordinating with housekeeping crew, scheduling outside contractors and other general building maintenance tasks.
