We are searching for self-starting Multi-Disciplined Engineers who are ready to hit the ground running to support a variety of ongoing efforts. Successful candidates will support maritime deployment activities for the Raven Defense Maritime Networked Test Assets (MaNTAs), airborne assets equipped with Raven Advanced Phased Array Resource (RAPTR) antenna systems, as well as ongoing advanced development activities supporting satellite communications, telemetry, and electronic warfare opportunities. Minimum Qualifications:

· Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering or Physics

· 10 years’ experience in technology integration in the defense and aerospace field

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office software applications such as MS Word and Excel

· Must be able to work independently or with a team, handle the stress of multiple projects, changing schedules, and short suspense tasking

· Proficiency in DoD guidelines and standards, security procedures, testing protocols, and administrative standards

Preferred Qualifications:

· Significant experience in DoD flight test support operations

· Thorough understanding of the whole design lifecycle and ability to work outside core function

· Operational experience in the DoD Research, Development, Test and Evaluation community

· Progressive experience in technical and management of defense and aerospace technologies including RF technologies such as electronic warfare, telemetry, and ISR applications

Travel:

· Routine travel, up to 30%, is required for this position. Travel will include customer and vendor visits in office/meeting environments as well as engineering support requirements which includes CONUS and OCONUS deployment aboard specialized RDT&E assets in support of customer requirements

· Candidate must be capable of meeting FAA medical flight clearance requirements

Citizenship and Clearance:

· US Citizenship is required for this position

· Candidate must meet minimum eligibility requirements to obtain a US DoD Secret level security clearance
