Purpose Perform timely completion of financial reporting requirements. Provide information support to all levels of management. Areas of Responsibility / Tasks Performance must reflect appropriate level of expertise and achievement of the desired results for the items listed below. 1. Area of Focus (In order of percentage of time spent on activity, importance and/or priority)a) Collect bill of lading from emails sent from warehouse, verifying manufacturing lot and quantity information. b) Review customer pricing and material cost.c) Create and issue invoices and distribute them electronically or by maild) On a regular basis, a review must be completed of orders that are missing documents needed to complete the billing process.e) Communicate with customers to answer questionsf) Prepare and submit statements 2.
