WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Oversee and maintain the QMS, revisions, audits, and training to ensure overall effectiveness and efficiency
• Lead PPAP processes across all levels, control plans, and IMDS
• Conduct CMM programming and quality checks
• Lead internal and external audit reviews
• Supervise inspections with the assistance of quality technicians and certified material handlers
• Manage non-conformances and corrective actions
• Engage with customer representatives on PPAPs, audits, and product inspections
• Interface with customers and vendors to address quality-related issues
• Provide training on quality-related matters, including certification of material handlers

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & QUALITIES YOU WILL BRING:

• 2-year technical certificate or degree
• 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on CNC machining preferred
• PPAP processes, root cause analysis and CMM experience a must
• Functional knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 (IATF 16949:2016 and AS9100D is a plus)
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Supervisory experience
• Willingness to be hands-on, adaptable to changing situations, and eager to learn
• Capable of thriving in a highly diversified work environment while managing multiple tasks
• Energetic, proactive, and accountable team player with a proven track record
