Description

Real Estate Services Manager – Hybrid, Remote Possible - Primary Responsibilities: 

- 5 years experience in Transportation real estate/right-of-way services: appraisal, negotiation, and acquisition

- WisDOT approved Appraiser, or ability to obtain within one month

- WisDOT approved Negotiator, or ability to obtain within one month

- Notary Public, or ability to obtain

- Familiarity with WisDOT Real Estate Program Manual

- Understanding and experience with real estate laws, eminent domain principles and practices, the Uniform Act, and NEPA.

- Ability to flex hours to include evenings and weekends as needed
